Frame

The MF5 frame is built with heavy gauge steel, including a 70x50x2mm base and 50x50x2mm uprights, offering stability for pressing and pulley exercises. Its multi-grip pull-up bar allows targeting of the upper, mid, and lower back. The CBT comes with rear storage cross beams to hold 14 attachments and store 4 weight plates & 2 barbells within the frame.

Smith Machine

The Impact Fitness MF5 Multi Trainer Smith Machine is smooth and easy to use with 8 ball bearing rollers for safety and proper form during compound exercises like squats and bench press. The spotter arms provide added safety, allowing you to focus on lifting heavier weights.

Dual Cable Cross Over

The functional trainer's high tensile cables run through Impact Fitness ProGlide® pulleys for smooth, friction-free cable cross-over exercises. The adjustable dual pulley swivels have 22 height levels for various exercises, from tricep pushdowns to bicep curls. This versatile trainer helps strengthen specific muscles and increase overall strength.

Squat Rack

The Impact Fitness MF5 Multi Trainer includes 2 Hard Rubber coated J-Hooks and 2 Spotter arms, essential for barbell back squats. Adjust them to your preferred range and start squatting. The J-hooks have a protective coating and reduce noise, while both can be set to 31 different heights for versatile barbell workouts.

14 Attachments

This functional trainer comes fully loaded with 14 quality attachments. These attachments including 2 J-hooks, 2 spotter arms, 1.3m long bar, 1.3m EZ Curl bar, 2 x D-handles, ankle strap, leg support cushions, torsonator, barbell row, and 2 adjustable dip bars. These attachments can be used with your cable cross-over pulley system to give you a dynamic and great workout with hundreds of exercises performed from one machine.
